✨ Personal November Rules ✨
I DON‘T ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO DO IT, DON‘T READ THIS IF YOU‘RE TRIGGERED EASILY!
Since winter is my favourite season, November could be the big change. My month. You don‘t have to follow the rules but you can if you want to.
Hygiene
❄️ Brush your teeth 3 times a day
❄️ Wash your face everyday
❄️ Keep your nails painted
❄️ Shave every day
❄️ Use bodylotion everyday
❄️ Use hair masks every 3 days
❄️ Brush your hair everyday
❄️ Always use hand cream after washing hands
❄️ Clean your room every 3 days
❄️ Do your makeup everyday, but not too strong but natural
School
❄️ Don‘t take money with you because otherwise you will buy food with many calories
❄️ Don‘t ask for food
❄️ Bring your own food (max ~150 kcal)
❄️ Study as hard as you can
❄️ Tell others you‘ve eaten
❄️ Never get anyone use your phone (they could see your Tumblr and Thinspo!)
❄️ Don‘t skip school, only when you‘re REALLY sick
❄️ 1 mistake in exam: -200 calories a day or 6 hour fast (example: 3 mistakes - ~200 calories for the day or 18 hour fast)
❄️ Always do your homework after school
❄️ Drive to school by bike
❄️ Always take water with you
Eating Habits
❄️ Don‘t eat more than ~700 calories a day
❄️ Go to the gym as often as you can
❄️ Every extra calorie must be burned
❄️ Invest your money in clothes, beauty or home stuff but never in food!
❄️ You can have 3 days where you eat 1200 calories
❄️ 5 days where you eat max ~400 calories
❄️ Try to eat as much fruits as you can
❄️ First meal before 8 AM, last meal before 8 PM
❄️ Skip as much meals as you can
❄️ Track your calories
❄️ DON‘T. DRINK. CALORIES.
❄️ Fast at least 3 times
❄️ Try to always eat breakfast
❄️ Drink around 2 liters water a day
General Rules
❄️ Stand up at 5:50 AM, try to sleep at 9:30 PM (on weekends: stand up at 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM, go to sleep whenever you want)
❄️ You MUST post a body check on 1st December, so you HAVE to starve.
❄️ Weigh yourself every 3 days
❄️ Try to read everyday. It makes you happy.
❄️ Don‘t overdo yourself. If you feel dizzy, stop doing sports for the day or eat a bit more
❄️ Post on Tumblr everyday
❄️ Don‘t tell anybody about what you‘re doing
❄️ Act surprised or worried about yourself when people mention your weightloss (and they will because you will follow the rules!)
❄️ Be nice and not shy
❄️ Dress warm
❄️ Don‘t meet with friends too often, they‘ll make you eat and stop you from studying
❄️ Try to trigger yourself
❄️ Make friends on here (You can always pm me!)
❄️ Smile a lot
❄️ Always take hand cream, lip care, perfum or deo with you
Punish yourself if you break the rules
